For all the health freak people

Coffee
You must have been told that having chocolates is bad for your health or if you eat nuts you will get a terrible headache and so on so forth. There are misconceptions regarding many foods, which have been branded as forbidden, but recent studies show the other way round. These foods are not only good for your health but are also great mood boosters. Check out.

Coffee :
It was said that coffee is bad for your health and it makes a person addicted to it. But recent studies have proved that coffee infact relieves you of headache, improves your concentration and keeps you attentive. The studies have also cleared the doubts about caffeine's link to heart disease, fibrocystic breasts, and high blood pressure. However you have to limit your coffee intake to two or three cups and don't have too much cream and sugar in your coffee.

Chocoloate :
Chocolate is a big no-no for those who are health conscious and want to have a beautiful body and skin. But did u know that chocolate don't cause acne and are infact great mood boosters. They contain cancer fighting and heart disease preventing antioxidants and increases Serotonin in the brain, which means that if you are feeling low then that's the right choice. While it is high cin fat, cresearch has shown that Stearic acid, the main fat in chocolate, does not raise cholesterol. Have more of dark chocolates since it contains less fatty cocoa butter.

Eggs :
Many women avoid eggs because they are high in cholesterol and harmful for the heart, but researchers now prove that saturated fat--not cholesterol--is what's more harmful for the heart. Eggs are low in fat (one egg has less than five grams of fat), and they contain lutein, a nutrient that may help keep your eyes healthy. Have boiled or poached eggs since that contains less calories.

Nuts :
Nuts contain monounsaturated fats which reduce your chances of heart attack. Though they are high in fat but did u know that having nuts in your diet infact helps reduce weight. Research have found that people who included monounsaturated fats (peanuts, for example) in their diets lost an average of 11 pounds in six weeks and kept it off for a year and a half! And also the magnesium in nuts reduces symptoms of PMS, such as bloating, mood swings, and headaches. Have peanuts when you feel like munching on something in the late afternoon or evening.

Cheese :
Cheese is rich in fat and calories but it is also rich in calcium and contains conjugated linoleic acid, a "good" fat that may reduce your risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. And this acid may help you lose weight by blocking the storage of fat in your body. This source of calcium is also good for the disease called osteoporosis in which your bones start thinning.

Power Dressing

Everyone wants to create a fashionable impression and your dress is the first thing with which they assess your personality. You have to take extra care about your dress as it is that which shows what you are. Especially if you are going to meet your date at a restaurant, attending a wedding party or attending an interview, you will fell nervous about which dress you wanna wear to create a better impression about you.
Power Dressing
Choose clothing that fits your body type well. You need not follow the current trend, instead follow your own trend, because you know well what works better for you.

Choose clothing that enhances your look and don't wear anything that detracts from it. If you have a unique personality, let others look at your personality through your interactions rather than just through your clothing. You should never misunderstand that your outfit is the only thing that others notice to know your personality.

Make sure to keep one go-to outfit always in your wardrobe that fits well for you and looks great on you. If you don't have any time to make a selection or indecisive about what looks good on you, you will have a great option with you. You'll look more confident and can have more fun, if you know it well that your dress looks great.

If you have an expensive taste, don't reveal it through your outfit on your first date itself. You can wear expensive clothing in future. Don't make him feel that he has to look for a second job to bear the costs of your clothes.

Dress appropriately according to the kind of occasion you're going to. When going out for casual drinks, pass on skin-baring dress. When going to a cocktail party, don't wear corduroys.
Choose clothing that makes you seem to be of high maintenance. Most men don't like their girl-friends or wives taking more time to prepare for going out.

It's good to look sexy with your dress. But you have to be tasteful about it. Jeans and T-shirt can be as sexy as a skintight and low-cut top.

It is always better to wear one interesting thing than several different things. Because one thing makes one best statement about your personality, and too many things makes too many statements. If you are wearing many trendy things at once, one cannot notice your individual style other than a mess of accessories.

Dress up according to your age. If a middle aged woman wears a miniskirt it looks awkward whereas the same looks good on a young girl.

Tips for Summer wear

Fashion trends today keep changing every season. And so you are here to read this article. Well probably this article is not to discuss the latest from Armani or Gabbana. The trends keep changing anyway. But there are few trends that haven't changed for quite some time and yet they are the latest. Have you ever considered them?
Summer Wear
There are trends that have been set and we still follow them. Every one does that too - even the wildest of the designers. Have your ever seen a designer use only one shoe for his/her model, or probably half a necklace? Or why don't you ask them to give only one sock while you wear two shoes? These trends have been set and it will take ages to get out of this mind set too.
There have been the things that stay and stay. We generally use/sport them, but kind of ignore them.

Tried and Tested Methods - Are they boring?
Before you decide, read the last few sentences again. There are tried and tested methods and we will not do that. Even for the sake of looking different we wouldn't do that.
All in all, what I want to say is simple: Our trends depend not just on the kind of social circle that we have, but even on the environment we live on, the climates, the feel and more importantly how happy we are wearing something.

From the simple polo shirts, T-shirts, sweaters, jackets, jeans to suits and khakis, they are all there in our wardrobes. The trends, the latest fashions may only add a few jazzy colors, few logos and few statements. The trends change, but the base always remain.

Some trends that appeal to any man:
Military wear: You got it into your mind as soon as you read it. The extra pockets, and the manly feel they add is far above any competition from other kind of looks. Khakis, jackets, caps are the in things. Add white and black to them and you will feel the difference right away.
Polo Shirts: This tops the list of shirts. Wear a polo shirt with a jeans, it is casuals. Add a nice coat, the corporate will invite you. And when you want to mix both formals and casuals, wear a zip-up jacket. Polo shirt will serve you, anywhere, anytime.

Layering: It's in at last. And is here to stay. Wear a sweat shirt, cover it up with a cool cotton with half sleeves. And then top it up with a jacket with no sleeves. And if possible add more. But it works, especially in winters and more so with the women around.

Logos: This is not a new style either. If you know you have enough money and don't know what to wear, then go the biggest and trendiest store that you find. Put your money and flaunt your logos. But make sure, you don't get too loud or too calm.

Use your creativity to mix up things to get what you want. And if you still haven't understood the trend today its all in one word Simplicity. Keep it simple, Keep it strong. Way to go bro!

Latest trendz in men fashion

If you are a sports person then you should take an extra care while choosing your sportswear. You not only have to look at the comfort level but also at how trendy it looks on you. Here we give you the things you have to do to look in vogue. Skimpy, shocking, vulgar, expensive - are some of the terms that come to many minds when one hears the term 'fashion'. Thankfully, that's not what fashion is all about. Many glossy magazines and apparel companies strive hard to make one believe that we clothe ourself for others and thus follow fashion that's not entirely the truth.
Devid Beckham
A person's attire is the way they feel at the moment and reflects their attitude. When such an attitude is liked and followed by a large number of people, it becomes the latest fashion.

Fashions Statements

Fashion is not something that just exists in the modern world. The first evidences of fashion have been found even in the early sixteenth century. Fashions haven't been used just to look good or garner attention; it has also been used for various good causes. Some fashions are a silent protest; others are a rebel, while still some others are merely pointing out to something that has been grossly overlooked.
Though no fashions are permanent, some trends have always been the benchmarks of any fashions. Some colors, patterns, etc have and always will be present in the clothes section.

The In Thing!

Men are slowly but surely getting out of their three shirts three trousers wardrobe, and have been experimenting a lot with their attire. Polo shirts have now turned into one of the wardrobe basics of the entire mankind. While the shirt was available only in white until 1950, every designer has come out with creative ideas on what is the classic Polo neck shirt.
Apart from the casual wear, there are a lot of options available in formal and semi-casual dressing. Block prints and solids are emerging as the patterns for the moment. Pleated trousers are slowly going out of fashion, bringing in the sharp and snazzy non-pleated trousers to the fore.
Denim can never go out of style. A thick and strong denim jeans or other apparel is the base of any wardrobe build. Jeans today are available in all fits and sizes. Therefore, a six pack six footer would look as fetching as a four foot nothing in some of the latest jeans.

Zardosi - Royal & Immortal Embroidery Form

"Old is Gold". This adage is the most appropriate for the Indian gold and silver embroidery- Zardosi zari work.

The use of gold and silver threads, beads, stones, and imaginative designs has made it one of the most sought after glittering art to decorate fabric.

The word "zardosi" is made up of two Persian terms, 'Zar' meaning gold and 'Dozi' meaning embroidery.

The history of Zardosi embroidery in India dates back to Vedic times. Zardosi is an art which creates magic on the fabric. It reflects royalty and was known to adorn the attire of Gods and thus holds a distinguished place among all crafts. The common mango motif of
Zardosi has found a place in the wardrobe of Kings and Queens of various eras.

A Persian embroidery form, zardosi attained its summit in the 17th century under the patronage of Mughal emperor Akbar. But in 18th & 19th century the craft suffered a setback due to rising
industrialization. It was only after receiving independence in the year 1947 that the Indian government undertook steps to promote zari embroidery. Now, in the last 5 decades, it has seen a phenomenal progress in terms of revival of this golden art. In fact, now Zari constitutes an important part of handicrafts export basket, its export increasing to 16.83% in 2007.

The materials used to do the embroidery has also been commercialized to meet the demands of the consumer over the period of time and to reduce the cost, so as to make available to all. The fabric to be embroidered is first sewn on an embroidery frame called karchobi and is stretched uniformly, the design to be embroidered is then transferred on to the stretched fabric. The materials used in this form of embroidery are as varied as the stitches.

Metallic wires, kora, saadi, kinari, salma, badla, sequins, stones and other such materials are used today to add to the glitz and glamour of the embroidery.

Also items like shells, wooden beads, and plastic beads are being used today to enhance this kind of embroidery.

India has always been in the limelight of the global market for its varied and rich traditional fabric decoration techniques. Decoration can be introduced on garments through 3 techniques-painting, printing and embroidery. India excels in all these three techniques.

Indeed, the Indian traditional embroidery has withstood the ravages of time, impact of foreign influences and globalization of embroidery techniques to outshine many of its counterparts in today's market scenario.

Fashion Shoes

Right shoes that fit well and that can prevent any form of injury is essential for exercise. When it comes to shoes for exercise, the choices are overwhelming. But what is important that you should use shoes that fit well and feel comfortable. The right shoes offer both support and flexibility where you need it. And, they protect your bones, joints, and muscles from the toes to the top, keeping your feet in healthy positions and absorbing shock.
Fashion Shoes
If you are a walker then go for walking shoes. But even for walking, many people prefer running shoes. Running shoes provide plenty of cushioning, which can feel good to walkers. In fact, if you have high arches in your feet, running shoes may even be better because of their extra flexibility in the front (toe) half of the shoe. Running shoes are also geared for heel-to-toe movement. If you engage in a variety of athletic activities, you should go for a pair of cross-training or general purpose athletic shoes.

Below listed are a few guidelines that you should keep in mind while shopping for shoes for exercise:
Shop for shoes in the afternoon or evening, when your feet are at maximum size.
Wear the socks you normally wear with athletic shoes to assure the right fit.
Try on both shoes. Most people's feet vary a bit in size from each other, so you should be sure the shoes fit your largest foot comfortably.
Check for space at the end of your longest toe. There should be enough to let you move without pinching.
If you're a woman and your feet are wide, try men's shoes. These are usually cut wider.
Move around in the shoes, and insist that they feel like a perfect fit right away. If they don't, keep looking.
Don't shop by price alone, but do look for materials that breathe and good workmanship.
Replace running shoes after 500 miles, walking shoes after 1,000 miles, and aerobics shoes after about a year of regular use.
